Sound bath healing

Akashic Healing Sound bath session  

Your session will be around an hour with a discussion on what needs to be focused on and if there are any blockages. Beginning the session with a protection energy healing technique, then incorporating the use of crystal singing bowls, kettle drum, tuning forks and on occasion toning or singing. It will be a relaxing experience. For a more holistic experience, please do not consume caffeine or alcohol the day before.

£12 per session: 1 hour 

Sound bath healing group sessions

These sessions are held the first Monday of each month at The blue butterfly studios, unit 1, The swan centre, Eastleigh, Hampshire. SO50 5SG. The session is from 8.15-9pm. Please bring a yoga mat, a warm blanket/throw and water. The studio has limited space, please book via tracydarcey@hotmail.com or by completing the form below.

Oracle and Angel card readings

During the reading, with the use of the cards, I access the Akashic, getting an insight and overview into your records. A basic reading with an intention or question, one set of cards will be used. For a more in-depth reading, up to three sets can be used. These readings are for the personal journey and to enlighten and empower the soul as it evolves.

Quantum Healing Hypnosis

Interview - 1 hour

To be able to access the information on the day, I will require in advance, ten questions that you have given considerable thought to and would like the answers for, also a brief family tree to bring with you on the day.

During the interview, which will be in a relaxed, casual setting, I will be receiving some information required for the hypnosis session as we go through the process.

Hypnosis Session - Between 1-1.5 hours

When in the "theta brain wave" state, I will guide you through past lives, depending on how many are needed and then I will call in the subconscious to answer your questions. A body scan can be performed to help guide you with any aches, pains or energetic blockages.

Review - 15 minutes

After the session, I will give you an overview of the session and briefly discuss the main points that came up.

You will be given a recording of the session minus the hypnosis introduction via a link to your email.

Please do not consume caffeine or alcohol the day before.

£153 per session, up to 3 hours.
